Replacement Policy

We have an replacement policy which is valid for 14 days, if it has been more than 14 days since the date of purchase, we regret that we cannot provide you with an replace. The triggering conditions are as follows:
We will only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to replace the same product, please send an email to supplementmart@kino.com.hk to explain the situation and attach a picture. After confirming the situation with our sales colleagues, send your product to "Room I, 7/F, Block 1, Golden Dragon Industrial Centre, 152 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Tsing, New Territories, Hong Kong", the addressee is "SuppleMart Customer Service Department", and the contact number is (852) 5498 7580. We are responsible for the logistics fee for all confirmed returns.
In order to complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to arrive may vary.
